Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rogers City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

1. In the elementary and high school, the removal and disposal of existing lockers. 2. Furnish and install at the Elementary School 72 lockers, 1 door standard locker, 24 gauge, top and back, 22 gauge boy and doors, 14 x 14 x 72" with slanted top. 124 lockers, 1 door standard locker, 24 gauge top and back, 22 gauge body and doors, 14 x 14 x 60" 3. Furnish and install at the High School: 214 lockers, 1 door standard locker, 24 gauge top and back 22 gauge body and door, 14 x 14 x 60" with slanted top 59 lockers, 1 door standard locker 24 gauge top and back, 22 gauge body and doors, 14 x 14 x 72" with slanted top 4. Interior walls shall have a single hook on each wall and one double hook in the center of the top shelf. 5. Elementary School lockers color will be orange and black intermittently. 6. High School lockers color will be a charcoal gray. 7. Locker numbers in sequence starting at #1 for each building. 8. The handles shall be stainless steel recessed which can accommodate a pad lock. Bids shall be firm for ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening. All bids considered must meet or exceed all specifications herein. Rogers City Elementary School and Rogers City High School may have asbestos containing building materials present in it. Consult the AHERA plan located in Central Office for specific locations or contact Transportation/Maintenance Supervisor, Mr. Aaron Spens at (989) 734-9179. All material used in this project must be asbestos and lead free. Rogers City Area Schools buildings are smoke free facilities in accordance with state law. Contractors and their sub-contractors are required to comply with the Rogers City Area Schools Safety Rules and Accident Prevention plan, a copy of which is enclosed.
