Site work for a mixed-use development in Ogden, Utah. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide design services and produce construction documents for recreational site improvements around Pineview Reservoir. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor. The government (USDA Forest Service) is partnering with Weber County to solicit for, and award, contracts to provide professional Architect-Engineer Design and Supporting Services for a variety of recreation projects within National Forest System lands surrounding Pineview Reservoir in northern Utah. Work includes the following: Complete civil design documents for Pelican Beach, Spring Creek, Pineview Trailhead, New Point Day Use Area, and Port Ramp recreation sites. Optional sites that may also receive design work include Old Highway and Salamander (BOR). All questions must be submitted electronically The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
