West Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84115, Phone 801- 486-0144, Fax 801-486-7570, hereinafter referred to as "Construction Manager", has been selected by DFCM, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", to be the Construction Manager / General Contractor for the construction of UU IMPACT HEALTH and PROSPERITY EPICENTER, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". The Construction Manager invites you to bid the Impact Health and Prosperity Epicenter Bid Package #1 which includes site and structure scopes. This project consists of the new construction of housing as part of the Impact and Prosperity Epicenter complex on the University of Utah campus. The new facility will be approximately 232,000 gross square feet. The housing component of the facility will be approximately 165,000 gross square feet, with 586 housing beds. The facility will contain housing communities of 32 and 42 students, with 12 communities of traditional rooms, and 5 communities of semi-suite rooms, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. BP#1 Includes the following scopes: DIVISION 03 - CONCRETE - Bids Due 8-9-22 by 2:00 PM MDT DIVISION 05 - METALS- Bids Due 8-9-22 by 2:00 PM MDT DIVISION 31 - EARTHWORK - Bids Due 8-2-22 by 2:00 PM MDT DIVISION 33 - UTILITIES - Bids Due 8-2-22 by 2:00 PM MDT See detail project schedule in the project documents.
