Contractor to provide COVID-19 cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting in accordance with all current CD C Guidance for Healthcare Facilities for DDS' Central Valley STAR Crisis homes in Porterville and Springville, CA. Services shall be provided at the following residential locations:

C.V. STAR 2, 32029 Success Valley Drive, Porterville, CA 93257 The term of the contract is September 9, 2022 or when fully executed, whichever is later, through September 8, 2024. The State retains the option to extend the term of the contract for up to one (1) year at the original rates submitted by the Bidder. This contract may be terminated by DDS with thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor. Consistent with the terms and conditions of the agreement, and upon mutual consent, the State and the Contractor may execute written amendments. Please note a 3% DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise) Participation requirement, with a DVBE Incentive of up to 5%, is in effect for this solicitation.
