The bid security of all bidders, except the three lowest, will be returned promptly after the canvas of bids. All contractors and/or subcontractors whose bid exceeds Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) shall be licensed under R.S. 37:2151-2163 of Louisiana Law. For the Bid open, all attending shall enter at the main admin door next to the ticket windows.
