Renovation of an educational facility in Kamloops, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work for this project is Mechanical equipment replacement. Consists of a new replacement roof top units (RTU) for Old Main building. Refurbishing work for three air handling units (AHU) in Trades, replacement of roof top unit (RTU) for Trades building, replacement of the Radiant Heaters (IR) for the Mechanics shop in the trades building and Dust Collector (DC) replacement for the carpentry shop in trades. Modifications as per drawings for mechanical and electrical work for system as required. Mechanical and electrical systems, and some existing site conditions. Other systems are to remain.
