It is the sole responsibility of Vendors to ensure submissions are received in a timely fashion. Any inconvenience or delays will not be justification for County to accept an untimely response. Submissions will not be accepted via email or fax. The Scope of Services to be performed by the Vendor shall include all necessary labor and materials to provide and install antennas on a new 120' tall public safety communicationstower located at 3360 Gypsy Lane, Mount Morris, NY 14510, Town of Groveland. Questions on the RFP shall be directed in writing to the County's designated contact person, Angela Ellis, Deputy County Administrator, Livingston County, aellis@co.livingston.ny.us, with a copy to Edward Wright, P.E. at C&S Engineers, Inc. at ewright@cscos.com. All requests for RFP clarification must be submitted via email to the above contacts and received no later than 4 p.m. EDT on July 29, 2022. Since the proposed communications tower is not yet constructed, a visit to the site is not considered necessary. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the Project Name plainly written on the outside and include the name and address of the Vendor. Vendors are not to include in their proposal, sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of counties or cities on materials, equipment, and supplies to be incorporated into the Project. This project is being funded through the NYS Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services. As such, all funding requirements apply and are incorporated in the RFP documents.
