Provision of Goods and Services for fencing/gate projects at the following locations: 1) Baseball Field at Geraldton Community Centre at 200 Wardrope Avenue, Geraldton, Ontario 2) Old Cemetery entrance at the North end of Fourth Street N, Geraldton, Ontario Scope of Work: Project 1: Baseball Field Fencing Repairs: Repairs to existing damaged infrastructure are required. Fencing subject to repair/replacement is detailed as follows: - 12 feet section beside North dugout - 30 feet section of fence on East dugout - 30 feet section on East fence line - 260 feet section for field perimeter coverage - All backstop fencing requires repair New fence installation required in front of North dugout (approximately 30 feet) for safety measures. Project 2: Old Cemetery Entrance Gate Repairs: Assessment of gate infrastructure and repair or replacement as recommended. - Reference photos attached for each site. Site visits can be arranged. - Removal and disposal of waste materials (tipping fees waived) - Desired Project Completion Deadline: August 26, 2022, with priority assigned to Project 1. Work authorized by Building Permits issued at Municipality's cost (if required). No salvaging of materials from the site is permitted. All work to be done according to all applicable Standards, Codes and Regulations including the Ontario Building Code, Electrical Safety Code and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Vendors must meet contractor eligibility requirements. Quotes to be valid through to September 15, 2022 and if awarded project to be completed within 30 days of Purchase Order.
