Statistics Canada has a requirement for the supply, installation and integration of a fully functional AV System (and unmounting the existing system) to host an upwards of thirty-five (35) events per year hosting International, Federal, Provincial and Territorial partners to meetings that include physical accommodations and interpretation in Ottawa, Ontario as described at Annex A - Statement of Requirement and Annex B - Pricing List. The requirement includes an option to purchase a video wall as described in Annex A - Statement of Requirement. Statistics Canada has a unique octagonal Conference Centre in the basement of the RH Coats building in Tunney's Pasture, Ottawa. The Simon A. Goldberg Centre (SAG) is host to upwards of thirty-five (35) events per year hosting International, Federal, Provincial and Territorial partners to meetings that include physical accommodations and interpretation. The objective of this SoR is to purchase the wireless RF delegate/interpretation equipment required by the SAG. The SAG has a technical booth, an interpretation booth, and broadcast booth that meet the current ISO standards and requires the equipment to also meet these standards. Statistics Canada is also looking to upgrade our video projection system currently in place in the SAG. The work includes: the supply, delivery through our warehouse loading dock, installation, integration, drawings, and training of a fully functional audiovisual system and the unmounting of the existing systems with the option of adding a video wall within the first year. AV systems that will be unmounted will remain the property of Statistics Canada and disposed or repurposed within Statistics Canada at our discretion. A central location in the SAG will be established for the old systems. This requirement is for the Supply and Install of Audio Video equipment at Tunney's Pasture for completion by November 30, 2022.
