Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Waterford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,620-square-foot water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project shall include the construction of a 3,620-square foot pole timber style building, including steel roof, windows, and doors at the Waterford Wastewater Treatment Plant. Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check, bank cashiers check, treasurer's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total bid price in accordance with provisions contained in the Instructions to Bidders section of the specifications. Proposal Security shall be made payable to the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Waterford. Contractors must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Determinations, as specified in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of 60-days after date of bid opening. Copies of contract documents and specifications may be examined at the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Waterford Office or at the office of Greenman Pedersen, Inc., 8 Gibson Street, North East, Pennsylvania 16428. The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Waterford reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any part of any bid, and to waive any and all informalities in connection therewith.
