Bid Security in amount of 5% of Bid is required. Successful Bidder shall furnish University of Nebraska Owners Protective Bond (Section 00 40 00), in amount of 100% of Contract amount. Owner reserves right to waive any informality or irregularity, in any Bid. Owner further reserves right to reject any or all Bids and to re-advertise for Bids. Anticipated Start Dates: Zone A - 08/12/22 Zone B - 08/12/22 Zone C - 09/01/22 Zone D - 09/01/22 Substantial Completion dates per zone: Zone A - 15 calendar days from commencement Zone B - 30 calendar days from commencement Zone C - 30 calendar days from commencement Zone D - 30 calendar days from commencement OR (specific # of days mentioned above) calendar days from Notice to Proceed for each zone. There are Liquidated Damages on this project. The liquidated damages would be assessed by phase at $200 per day.
