The Royalton Trail Town, a community and regional recreational facility, is soliciting materials and construction bids for the installation of: Waterline System-1,055 feet of 2" hdpe and 2,265 feet of 1" hdpe piping, with attendant 7 pressure regulators with vaults, 10 shutoff valves with vaults and 38 antifreeze yard hydrants; Sewer Collection System-2500 feet of 8" gravity flow SDR-26 piping, with cleanouts, 600 feet of 4" SDR-35 piping, 11 manholes; the installation also requires 160 feet of road bore for 8" carrier pipe with conduit installation; Electricity Distribution System-Close coordination with the Licking Valley RECC (LVRECC) utility, the power utility, requiring-- 725 feet of 5-foot (min.) deep trenching/backfill for primary underground utility installation (by LVRECC), and approximately 1900 feet of 2 foot (min.) deep trenching/backfill, along with 1900 feet of 3-inch electrical conduit; 33 weatherproof 50-amp upright outlet service boxes, 42 standard crash protection bollards, and nineteen (19) solar outdoor light units on standard pole mounts, to be installed at the Royalton Trail Town facility, 6820 South East Licking River Rd., Salyersville, KY, Magoffin County, per plans and specs available for inspection at the offices of Alchemy Engineering Associates, Inc., 546 West Old Middlecreek Road, Prestonsburg, Kentucky 41653, and the offices of the Big Sandy Area Development District (the ADD), 110 Resource Drive, Prestonsburg, Kentucky 41653. Terms and conditions are applicable as a result of the Kentucky Division of Abandoned Mine Lands funding for the project's implementation. Award of bids will be held until authorization to proceed is issued by the funding agency. Big Sandy Area Development District is the administering agency for project funding working on behalf of Royalton Trail Town, Inc. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids at time of bid opening.
