Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Snellville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

**As of October 06,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Snellville will receive sealed bids to construct a park maintenance building for the existing Briscoe Park. The building will be 5,000 square feet and as a warehouse area with an office, breakroom, restroom for support services, and a roof extension to provide a covered parking area of about 2,000 square feet. The building will be a pre-engineered metal building that the City will purchase directly from the manufacturer. The project consists of 3 phases with 1 or 2 separate prime contracts to perform the following: Phase 1 Civil and Infrastructure work to be performed as per the building documents. Phase 2 The pre-engineered metal building will be erected by the manufacturer. Phase 3 The interior build-out will be performed as per the building documents.
