The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined goal reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 10.4% of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
