Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Meeting is not mandatory, but Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the "Authority") invites bids from qualified contractors (the "Contractor") interested in providing the Authority with a fully operational, real-time, turn-key parking guidance system, including any and all required information technology, parking guidance system hardware, software, related equipment, select communication network improvements, select electrical improvements, design and engineering services, installation, acceptance testing, training, warranty and post-warranty maintenance services ("Services") in accordance with the Project Specifications set forth in Exhibit A to this RFP and the proposed form Agreement Between Owner and Contractor included in Exhibit B to this RFP (the "Agreement"). The Authority is seeking a Contractor whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely and cost-effective Services to the Authority.
