Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morrisville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and transportation facility.
Due Date for Questions: August 9, 2022 by 5:00pm EST Selection Date: Week of November 14, 2022 Notice to Proceed: November 21, 2022 The Authority reserves the right to revise the schedule in its sole discretion. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Meeting is not mandatory, but Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the "Authority") invites bids from qualified contractors (the "Contractor") interested in providing the Authority with a fully operational, real-time, turn-key parking guidance system, including any and all required information technology, parking guidance system hardware, software, related equipment, select communication network improvements, select electrical improvements, design and engineering services, installation, acceptance testing, training, warranty and post-warranty maintenance services ("Services") in accordance with the Project Specifications set forth in Exhibit A to this RFP and the proposed form Agreement Between Owner and Contractor included in Exhibit B to this RFP (the "Agreement"). The Authority is seeking a Contractor whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely and cost-effective Services to the Authority. Written questions concerning this RFP will be received until August 9, 2022 at 5:00pm EST by the Authority Contact. Questions must be submitted to the Authority Contact in writing via email.
