The choice of the successful bidder will be made following the recommendations of a selection committee, according to the evaluation criteria described in the contract documents. Attention : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Québec It is strongly suggested that bidders submit as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contract documents, their request for a certificate from Revenu Québec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorité des marchés publics, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions.
