Renovation of a municipal facility in Jacksboro, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
Bids will be received in the County Auditors Office of Jack County, Texas for the purchase of various goods and services for Jack County. The types of goods and services to be purchased are: THERMOPLASTIC POLYOLEFIN (TPO) ROOFING MEMBRANE AT THE JACK COUNTY COURTHOUSE BASE BID: Remove and dispose of all existing roofing membranes and replace them with a new mechanically (fastened) attached, white Firestone 15Yr TPO roofing membrane or approved equal. All work must meet or exceed the manufactured design and installation requirements. Bidders should use lumpsum pricing in submitting their bids. Invoices delivered for payment will generally be paid by the second Monday of the month following receipt. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the proper title (Courthouse Roof Bid) on the outside of the bid envelope. Jack County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. The proposal must include Form 1295, Policy of Compliance Section 2252.908 Texas Government Code. The contract ID number will be provided upon request. Bidders are encouraged to be present at the bid opening to defend and answer questions about their proposal. All proposals must be accompanied by a completed Proposal Request Form which may be obtained through the office of the County Auditor.
