The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to provide qualified parties with information enabling them to conduct a market demand and financial feasibility study for a Wellness Center on the Umatilla Indian Reservation. The feasibility study will include a thorough and comprehensive market and financial analysis of constructing and operating a wellness center, including an assessment of community need. The study will assess market conditions that may have an impact on potential facility use and total revenue and operational costs along with information regarding demographics of the area, inventory of other similar facilities, and site considerations. The study will identify programming opportunities and facility needs, site location evaluation, probable operating costs, and revenue potential for the annual operation of the wellness center The point of contact for all matters regarding this RFP is Kristi Lapp, Yellowhawk Chief Financial Officer.
