Medford School District 549C (hereby referred to as "District") is soliciting proposals from qualified solar PV providers to design, engineer, and build a turn-key installation of a rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) project at 815 S. Oakdale Ave., Medford OR 97501. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis and rebate support, and provide system monitoring capabilities. This project must be completed by August 15, 2023. This is a qualified bid process so while overall costs (that are flexible) are a major factor, consultants who can provide the most experience and scope of services requested will receive higher marks. The District invites interested parties to complete and submit a proposal. The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
