Spiegelberg Track Replacement Building A. The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain bids from qualified contractors for a comprehensive bid for the removal and replacement of the Spiegelberg Stadium sports track. The work will include excavation for the lighting upgrades and the removal and replacement of the track and track surface. Additional work included in this project will include concrete curbs, retaining walls and asphalt walkways. Complete details and scope are provided on the attached bid plans/drawings.
