Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Defiance, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The scope of work for project activities is as follows: 1. Demolition and Disposal of Concrete & Debris: slabs, foundations and/or footers, asphalt and bricks, telephone poles, and a number of railroad ties. 2. Excavation and Disposal of Impacted Soil. Any questions must be submitted by Thursday, November 3, 2022, via email to Tetra Tech at matthew.wagner@tetratech.com as the Owners Consultant, with a copy to the DCLRC at dkern@defiancecounty.oh.gov. Questions will be answered via an addendum to be issued by approximately Friday, November 4, 2022. Project Award Date: The anticipated project award date is scheduled for approximately November 14, 2022. All BIDDERS submitting on this project shall be sent an email message alerting them to project award.
