Perpetuation project to resurface a 2-lane rural section on STH 89 from CTH A to STH 11, approximately 4.5 miles project length, located in Walworth County. This resurfacing project consists of milling off 3 inches of existing asphalt surface and overlay 5.5 inches of new Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA). Other improvements will include existing beam guard replacements and improvements at various locations, cross-culvert replacements, and maintenance at various locations such as end wall repairs and pipe cleaning. Additionally, WisDOT will be updating all roadway incidentals such as roadway signing and pavement marking. Right-of-way not anticipated, but possible at guardrail locations.
