Modernization project to reconstruct the existing two-way stop-controlled intersection at STH 33/CTH I to a single-lane roundabout without right-turn bypass lanes. Project work includes erosion control, drainage/storm sewer, traffic control, pavement removal, grading, base course, concrete paving, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, and lighting. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultants actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit.
