The Pueblo of Laguna is requesting proposals from professional project management firms to support ongoing and anticipated projects of the Engineering Program on an as-needed basis. The duration of the contract will be for three (3) years. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed under this contract. The Engineering Program does not anticipate interviews for this selection, but reserves the right to interview short-listed firms. Multiple contracts may be awarded for this procurement, at the discretion of the Pueblo. The services to be provided by the Professional Project Management firm may include project management of other project consultants who are planning; scoping; providing preliminary and final design plans, specifications, and engineer's estimates; environmental compliance; construction bid documents; and construction; they may also include the management of project activity such as, but not limited to, consultants who provide assessment, planning, architectural services, surveying services, landscape services, engineering services, technical review services, project oversight, construction observation, and inspection, including preparing bid packages for all of the above. Proposals not received at that location by the closing date will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered. Questions regarding this procurement or the technical requirements must be received in writing (including email to pyriley@pol-nsn.gov or facsimile to (505)-552-9560 by 4:30 pm on August 2, 2022, and all questions and responses will be provided to all registered Offerors. No pre-proposal conference will be held for this procurement. However, to receive any addenda, the firm must submit an Offeror Registration Form (included in the RFP Package) by July 29, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
