The Center de services scolaire de Laval owns more than 115
establishments on the territory of the island of Laval. To ensure the proper
maintenance of our establishments, we are looking for one or more
companies that can provide the expertise, labor, tools and
equipment necessary to perform snow removal
, abrasive (also called de-icing) and spring sweeping
of establishment yards, sidewalks and parking lots. The
establishments of the PUBLIC BODY are divided into eight (8) lots.
Contract start date: Upon contract award Contract
end date: May 31, 2024 Summary description of options
Renewal option: one (1) one (1) year renewal option.
The contract is for a firm two-year period, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, with the
possibility of one (1) year extension. The extension year is at the discretion of
the PUBLIC BODY and it must be under the same terms and conditions as the last
year, ie 2023-2024. The period of activity is from October 15 to May 31 of each year. Option to provide additional services:
A renewal option or an option to provide additional services
of the same nature as those initially required, offered at the same price and
intended to meet the needs covered by this contract.
Tender guarantee (nature and amount): 10% of the total amount of the total tender
proposed in its Tender including the options, in the form of a guarantee issued by a
Financial Institution.
Performance guarantee: Performance guarantee of 10% of the amount of the Contract in the form of a
bond issued by a Financial Institution.
Applicable agreements:
ACCQO: Trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario.
CFTA: Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
AQNB: Agreement to liberalize public markets in Quebec and
New Brunswick.
CETA: Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the
European Union.
