Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Midland, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Town is calling for the complete Bid submissions from qualified Contractors to supply and deliver Queen Street Reconstruction project, the following is a general description of the Work to be constructed under the Contract: - 175 m of sanitary sewer replacement, associated services and structures; - 115 m of storm sewer installation and associated structures; - 185 m of watermain replacement, associated services, hydrants, gate valves and appurtenances: and - 200 m of road reconstruction to an urban cross section, complete with barrier curb and gutter, 1.5 m wide concrete sidewalk and restoration of all associated disturbed areas, including driveways, topsoil, sod and surface elements within the boulevard. Substantial Performance shall be achieved within 12 weeks of the issuance of the start work order.
