Fill out the excel bid sheet. If the bidder is not able to meet the indicated delivery date, they must indicate the number of days lead time from receipt of order. 2. Sign the RFQ pdf document Note: delivery to be made by flat bed truck so as to enable unloading by forklift. Deliveries only permitted - between 7:30am to 3:00pm, monday to friday only. Deliveries outside of these time frames will be rejected as the receiving area will be closed. Supplier is to provide at least 24 hours notification for delivery. Contact is required to make sure adequate resources and equipment are available to receive the materials. Please contact boyd welsh (204)232-7587 for verification that delivery can be made. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
