Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
*** Awarded contractor is not being released. The renovation of washrooms 113 and 114 on the 100 level of the Architecture 2 Building at the University of Manitoba Fort Garry Campus in Winnipeg, MB. Demolition work includes the removal of existing wall, fixtures, salvaging existing PTD, Soap dispensers and napkin disposals. Asbestos abatement work includes removal and disposal of asbestos-containing vinyl floor tiles in the washrooms as shown in the contract documents. Construction work includes the construction of new UTR and gender inclusive washroom with two stalls, interior plumbing wall, Partition walls, new toilet fixtures and flooring. Re installation of salvaged toilet accessories. The contract includes mechanical and electrical work for these areas.
