Lower Swatara Township (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Fulling Mill Road Boat Launch The Project is the construction of a boat launch to Swatara Creek and generally includes: Installation of a cast-in-place concrete launch pad, rock slope stabilization, construction of a gravel access drive and parking area. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act ('the Act') which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award.
