Hopewell Township is accepting bids for an exclusive MUNICIPAL WASTE COLLECTION contract for residential properties for 2 years and recycling collection for the same years. The contract may, at the discretion of the Township, be renewed for an additional 2 years on the terms and conditions stated in the specifications. The bids, and the award of a contract, shall be considered during the Board of Supervisors meeting duly scheduled for Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive any formalities or nonmaterial defects in its sole discretion, and to reject any and all bids. The Contract will be awarded to the qualified and responsible bidder stating the lowest cost for the collection, as calculated per the Bid Documents.
