Renovation of a water / sewer project in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
An award of contract will be made by Stewartstown Borough Authority at their regular meeting on May 18, 2022.Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, removing and replacing diffuser retrieval assemblies, removing and replacing decanter mooring and support posts, and relocating diffuser air supply piping as indicated in the contract documents. A bid bond or certified check made payable to Stewartstown Borough Authority in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the sealed bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Authority reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for sixty (60) days after closing time for receipt of bids.
