**As of August 24 , 2022, this project has been awarded to Schroeder Asphalt Services, Inc., in the amount of $2,074,787.65. The proposed work is officially known as " THE CORNELL DEVELOPMENT AND PARKING LOT EXPANSION " which includes construction of a new parking lot, grind and overlay of the existing parking lot, with the associated underground detention system, storm sewer, watermain, curb and gutter, sidewalk, lighting, privacy fence, dumpster enclosure and landscaping in Huntley, Illinois Bid proposals for this project will be considered not only on the basis of cost, but also on past performance, experience and ability to perform the work. The Village of Huntley reserves the right to accept the proposal deemed to be in its own best interest based on all the above considerations. Bids will be acted upon by the President and Board of Trustees.
