Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Mountain Green, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Draining of existing cell #2. Construction of 6,500 SF Operations Building (Smooth Face CMU). Construction of 5,000 SF Headworks Building (Smooth Face CMU). Installation of Biological Nutrient Removal Basin Equipment. Construction of (2) Clarifiers. Construction of a Large Digester Split Into (2) Sides. Electrical, Mechanical HVAC, and Plumbing. Chemical feed system: Two dual pump skid (4 pumps total), 1/2" tubing, 1/2" sch 80 PVC, 3" conduit, Pressure Gauges, Construction of Yard Piping including 6"-24" HDPE and Ductile Iron Lines, Sewer, Chemical Lines, Backwash Piping, Sludge Piping, Return Waste Water Lines, and Electrical System Upgrades including on-site back-up generator. Site Construction including import structural fill, asphalt paving, landscaping, and curb and gutter. Installation of Mechanical Dewatering System (Screw Press) Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $19,000,000. The Project has an expected duration of 730 days. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. All questions must be submitted by February 14 th, 2023, at 5:00 PM.
