Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Mountain Green, Utah. Working plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
As of April 15, 2022, a design build team has been selected. No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Proposals will be received by Morgan City via email for a Building Architect in connection with the Historic Morgan City Train Depot Project Update (Project) - a Project supported in part by Utah Arts & Museums, with funding from the State of Utah and the National Endowment for the Arts. Respondents shall be qualified in historic preservation projects and shall follow the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Rehabilitation. The Project shall be completed by June 30, 2022. Questions must be submitted via email to rturk@morgancountyutah.gov no later than 5:00 pm, February 11, 2022. The City reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw this Request for Proposals (RFP) at any time and to reject any and all Proposals submitted, for any reason, at its sole discretion. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
