Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

Construction of a multifunctional municipal park, divided into six distinct phases, such as: Phase I: Deforestation and stump removal, upgrades to the park structures located on the site; Phase II: Infrastructure, access road and parking; Phase III: Construction of the skatepark; Phase IV: Installation of play modules, water games and service building; Phase V: Installation of tennis and pickleball courts; Phase VI: Paving, installation of park furniture and greening of the site. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals from architectural professional consulting firms to provide design and construction work monitoring services has closed. Deposited submissions are under review at the owner. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling award is anticipated in mid-fall 2024. Timelines of further project development will be finalized after a design consultant award. Further update at that time.
