Renovation of a museum in Quebec, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Reference number : 1733713 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-06-29 The work aims to intervene on the components of the fortifications in order to stop the deterioration of this heritage property, ensure their restoration in line with its built heritage and ensure their long-term conservation. It should be noted that the Commission owns the majority of the fortification and that the Société Québécoise des Infrastructures (SQI) owns the remaining part of the walls, located on its property (Conservatoire d'Art Dramatique) adjacent to Cavalier-du-Moulin Park, it should also be noted that archaeological remains could be on the site or discovered during construction. The Contractor may begin the work as soon as the contract is signed and it must be completed no later than December 1, 2027 (certificate of FINAL ACCEPTANCE of the work). The work will be divided into 5 periods ending on March 31 of each year 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and December 1, 2027.
