Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Friendship Heights Village Council, governing body for the Village of Friendship Heights, invites proposals to apply waterproofing to repair leaks at the Friendship heights Village Center. The contractor will work in close coordination with the Manager and Assistant Manager, and will agree to perform the following tasks: 1. Call Miss Utility to come and mark any utility line underground. 2. Excavate around the wall at 53 ft wide X 4ft deep. 3. Clean and wash the concrete wall. 4. Repair and seal any crack on the wall. 5. Apply waterproofing sealer and leave to dry. 6. Install waterproofing membrane. 7. Fill the excavated area and compact the ground properly. 8. Supply and install steel sealer plate to cover the edge of the membrane. 9. Supply and apply mulch on the repaired area. 10. Clean the work area and remove trash.
