Rail Operations and Infrastructure Planning the New Jersey Transit Corporation (Nj Transit) is Issuing This Request for Proposal (Rfp) to Engage Consultants to Perform Task Order Contracts (Tocs) in the Three (3) Discipline Areas Listed. All Firms Submitting Proposals for This Project Must Have Related Experience of a Similar Magnitude Transit May Not Award a Contract Unless the Proposer Has Provided to Nj Transit a Valid Business Registration Certificate Issued by the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services Within the Department of the Treasury as Required by N.j.s.a. 52:32-44 for Itself and Any Subconsultant(S). In Addition, Subconsultants Shall Not Engage in the Performance of Any Work Under This Contract Without a Valid Business Registration Certificate. 22-033-corridor Planning 25% Race Conscious 22-034 -resilience Management 22% Race Conscious 22-035- Rail Operations and Infrastructure Planning 25% And N.j.a.c. 17:27 Et Seq. Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, in Accordance With the Department of Transportation (Dot) Regulations 49 C.f.r., Part 26, Shall Have the Maximum Opportunity to Participate in the Performance of This Contract. The Following Goals Has Been Assigned to This Project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
