Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening. State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of $40 for each set, which shall be nonrefundable. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final. T
