A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 09:00 a.m. PT. For the site visit, we ask the following: o The names of any visitors, and whether they are US citizens (if not, they should bring a passport). All individuals interested in attending the site visit should pre-register by emailing Dr. Robert Krueger at robert.krueger@usda.gov no later than 9:00 a.m. PT Tuesday July 26, 2022 with a list of names of attendees. This is necessary to ensure that the site is prepared for the number of visitors expected. Participants will meet at: USDA-ARS-PWA 1060 Martin Luther King Blvd. Riverside, CA 92507 We are requesting:
1) a complete SF-18,
2) a price proposal, and a technical proposal as indicated in the SOW,
3) and a bid bond if the quote is over $150K as indicates in section C.3 of the RFQ.
Proof of Insurance is not required at this time. Proof of Insurance is needed after award.
