Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20, New Jersey Pay to Play, and other legislative enactments, more specifically Chapter 271 of the laws of the State of New Jersey, the Lower Cape May Regional Board of Education located at 687 Route 9, Cape May, NJ 08204 is seeking Requests for Qualifications for Professional Services for Construction Management Services 2022 Bond Project, which includes HVAC at the High School and Middle School and a new roof at the Middle School. The Board of Education of the Lower Cape May Regional School District (BOARD) is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide Construction Management Services in connection with January 25, 2022 Voter Approved Referendum more fully described in the attached Exhibit A. The Board intends to solicit proposals and qualifications for Construction Management Services from qualified applicants. In general, professional Construction Management "Not-At-Risk" Services consistent with the responsibilities defined in the District edited American Institute of Architects AlA A-201 CMA General Conditions of the Contract for Construction and as specifically outlined in Article 4 -- ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT. Services are to be provided from the date of engagement by the Owner through (60) calendar days from the date of Substantial Project Completion by the successful Contractor(s) as set forth in the Contract Time of Completion of the Contract Documents.
