The Town of Newmarket requires the services of an experienced and qualified solar maintenance service provider to perform Inspection Services and Repair Services as required (emergency and non-emergency). The Contractor will be responsible for providing service for the Town of Newmarket's (the "Owner") solar equipment located at various facilities, as specified below: Solar Information, in a cost effective, operational satisfactorily and environmentally safe manner, in order to: - Maintain proper and continued function; - Maintain optimum performance and operating efficiency ; and - Prolong the functional life as projected by the original manufacturers for all solar generating systems that are included in the Contract. The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials and equipment required to complete all assigned work. The Contractor shall be able to start all non-emergency projects within the following time frames: - Non-emergency: within 3 business days - Emergency: within 24 hours.
