Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but not limited to: demolition of the existing control building which includes, but is not limited to the demolition of existing motor control center, autosensory panel, aboveground conduit, wire, controls; construction of new control building which includes, but is not limited to new CMU block building, complete with a roof, doors with panic hardware openings for the air conditioning units; installation of a Motor Control Center, Automatic Transfer Switch (provided by the owner); procurement and installation all other electrical and mechanical equipment which includes but is not limited to low voltage transformer, lighting panel, air conditioning unit, building lighting and outlets, chemical room exhaust fan, grounding system, conduit, wire, controls; remove, clean, re-coat, and reinstall cooling tower motors and assemblies, apply protective coating to Air Release Valve and install screen protection, replace Air Release Valve's ball valve and fittings, and apply protect coating; relocation of the chemical tank; All else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning facility.
