Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) Scope: Quotations are invited for the removal of Rubberized Roofing System and Supply and replace with a Two Ply Torch on System. The bidder must be a qualified roofer with a minimum of 5 years in Business. References shall be supplied upon request. Quote shall include all costs associated with roof replacement, including but not limited to: - Removal and disposal of old rubberized roofing system - Remove existing eavestrough - Remove and dispose of existing insulation, fiberboard, and fascia - Supply and Install new Vapor barrier, Two layers of 2" Tapered poly-iso insulation, mechanically fastened fiberboard, mechanically fastened base sheet. - Supply and install new two-ply torch on roofing. - Reinstall eavestrough and install new fascia to match existing gauge and color - Caulking where applicable around roof protrusions - Approx. Roof area 4,279 sqft with multiple roof sections (Area to be verified by contractor during recommended site visit) *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
