Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chino Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work comprises, but is not limited to; mobilization; traffic control; the removal and reconstruction of deteriorated pavement up to 7"; grind and overlay asphalt pavement up to 2"; striping; adjustment of utility manholes and covers; adjustment of utility valve cans, covers, and hydrant blowoffs; construction of PCC access ramps; storm drain improvements; future street lights; conduits; driveway approaches; sidewalks; fence removal and replacement; retaining curbs and slough walls along Montecito Drive between Los Serranos Boulevard and Lugo Avenue. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total bid price, payable to the City of Chino Hills. 100% Performance Bond; 100% Payment Bond. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or approved Bid Bond in the amount stated in the Notice Inviting Bids. Said check or bond shall be made payable to the City of Chino Hills and shall be given as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Work, will enter into an Agreement with the City and will furnish the necessary insurance certificates, Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Each of said bonds and insurance certificates shall be in the amounts stated in the Standard Specifications or Special Provisions. In case of refusal or failure of the successful Bidder to enter into said Agreement, the check or Bid Bond, as the case may be, shall be forfeited to the City. If the Bidder elects to furnish a Bid Bond as its security, the Bidder shall use the Bid Bond form bound herein, or one conforming substantially to it in form. The Bids shall be delivered by the time and to the place stipulated in the Notice Inviting Bids. It is the Bidder's sole responsibility to see that its Bid is received in proper time. Bids will not be accepted after the appointed time for opening of bids, no matter what the reason. Said work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of fifty (50) working days, from the dated specified in a written Notice to Proceed from the City.
