The City of Chino Hills is seeking a qualified firm to perform engineering design services associated with the Sierra Vista Drive (West) & Del Norte Avenue (North) Improvements Project. The project will rehabilitate approximately 1,000 linear feet (LF) of pavement and install approximately 1,100 linear feet (LF) of sidewalk including curb and gutters, ADA compliant ramps south of Sierra Vista Drive and East of Del Norte Avenue. 40 working days Engineer's Estimate: $630,000 Contractor's License: Class A or Class C12 Technical questions regarding this project should be submitted no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, to the Project Manager, Carl Hassel, Phone (909) 364-2817; Email: chassel@chinohills.org The project consists of, but is not limited to: the removal and reconstruction of deteriorated pavement; grind and overlay of asphalt pavement; striping; adjustment of utility manholes, gas and water valve cans; construction of PCC curb access ramps, driveways, sidewalks, retaining walls, retaining curbs, and walls; and removal and replacement of fencing on Sierra Vista Drive and Del Norte Avenue.
