The City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is soliciting qualified, interested firms to submit sealed proposals for architectural and engineering services for a renovation of and addition to a 6,730-square-foot building located at 1111 North Main Street. Requested services include basic design services, bidding and contracting services, construction administration, project inspection services including periodic progress reviews, review and recommendation of contractor pay requests, review and recommendation of change order requests, ensuring contract compliance, and other associated services. This solicitation is being issued as a competitive negotiation for professional services, in accordance with Virginia Code 2.2-4302.2 A.4. This contract is federally-funded. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
