This bid involves the bulk delivery and loading of fuel storage tanks at any and all of the following locations within Allegany County, MD, and Bedford County, PA: Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) - 400 East Offutt Street Ext, Cumberland, MD Cumberland Water Treatment Plant (WFP) - Lake Gordon Road, Bedford, PA A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the accepted bid will be required of the successful bidder. A Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all proposals, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City. The City of Cumberland is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
