Contact information of Company Name, Contract Name, Street Address, Telephone Number, and Email Address must be included. Copies of the general conditions, plans, and specifications and other bidding documents are on file in the Town Clerk's office and are open for public inspection. A Business Relationships Affidavit, NonCollusion Affidavit, and a Cashier's Check, a certified check or a surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the total bid as a guaranty, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to successful bidders upon approval of the contract and execution of the Contract and required bonds. Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner will be required. The Maintenance Bond will guarantee the repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the acceptance of the work by the Owner. The Town of Meno, Oklahoma reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding. Do not include state or local sales tax in your bid. The successful bidder will be appointed the Town's agent for purposes of sales tax exemption. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
