The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Custodial maintenance at the Irvine Civic Center. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Proposals received from bidders that do not meet these minimum qualifications will be deemed non-responsive. 1. Contractor must possess a minimum of seven (7) most recent years' experience within the Southern California region performing commercial custodial services. 2. Contractor must have completed at least one three (3) year contract with similar size and scope with a California public agency. 4. At the time of submitting the bid, Bidder shall be registered as a janitorial service provider in accordance with the provisions of the Property Service Workers Protection Act [1420-1434].
